Does this change my current contract/subscription?

Everything included in your current contract stays the same. An addendum was added to your contract that clarifies which additional capabilities you now have access to as part of Commerce Suite.

Can I add additional users to our account?

Absolutely! Review the 'Add Additional Users' instructions on each page for Item Management, Digital Catalog, Retail E-Commerce Analytics and Rich Content Syndication.

How do I get full access to the capabilities?

To learn more about unlocking further use cases for each solution, reach out to your account manager or hello@1worldsync.com

Content Migration

Migrate your content to unlock free APIs, simplify content management, and extend your connections.

What platforms do you migrate content from?

We’ll start with content stored in Kroger VIP and content on other data pools. Soon after we’ll offer to process Albertson’s PI content migration.

How do I get in queue? What's the process?

1. Fill out the form below. 2. Once in queue, you'll be assigned a migration expert. 3. We'll confirm your requests, then migrate your content. 4. Access will be granted to Item Management

Do you support recipient-specific copy and imagery within a single item?

Of course! You can easily share unique marketing messages, imagery and other content per retailer, all within the same item record.

Is content migration currently free?

At this time, we’ll cover the cost for select GLNs with qualifying subscriptions. When you add yourself to the queue, we’ll be sure to confirm you qualify for this service free of charge.
